New or Refurbished? Which one should I choose?
We offer both new and certified refurbished products for sale on our website. New products are the most expensive, while certified refurbished products are less expensive. Refurbished products are graded between A+ and C-, where A+ are in the best shape (appears brand new) and C- is the worst (minor cosmetic signs of wear and tear.
How quickly do you get items back in stock?
Typically, our supply lines are solid, and most items will return to stock within a week. An exception to this is items labeled, “subject to limited availability”.
What's your return/refund policy?
Most products can be returned and at least partially refunded with a copy of the receipt, subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Most often, you have 7 days to initiate the return, and return of funds is subject to item acceptance.
